Q. Do you operate a minimum order charge?

A. No we do not.

Q. Do you have a minimum line charge?

A. No, except for specially ordered non-stock items.

Q. Do your prices include VAT?

A. No, all prices we quote or state in our printed price guides are exclusive of VAT.

Q. You have quoted me a price per 100 - do I have to buy 100?

A. No, most of our products are priced per 100 by the industry.

Q. Do you sell less than box quantities?

A. Yes, if it’s in stock you can buy just one!

Q. If I buy a whole box or more can I have a discount?

A. Yes, we have a stated discount structure based on multiples of boxes (up to – 60%).

Q. If I order more than one item will the discount apply to the total number of boxes?

A. No, our discount structure is based on the amount ordered per item at one time.

Q. Do you charge extra for delivery?

A. Only on orders under £50.00 excluding VAT.

Q. Can I visit your shop and what are your opening hours?

A. Yes please, we are open Mon-Fri: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (we do not close for lunch). We are closed Saturday, Sunday and English Bank Holidays.

Q. Are you one of the cheapest suppliers of fixings and fasteners?

A. No, we prefer to sell commercial high quality products at reasonable prices in quantities that you require - from stock.

Q. I have purchased an item from Margnor and it is not suitable for my requirements, can I return it?

A. Yes, as long as it was a standard stock item, unused and you can produce the relevant sales invoice we can refund your payment or exchange it for a new item and adjust the price accordingly. Refunds can only be in the form of cash (for which we will ask you to sign a receipt for) or by credit/debit card (only if original transaction was by card).

Q. If I place an order for my collection, how long can you reserve the stock for me?

A. We normally remind our customers of unclaimed orders after about a week and return them to free stock after 28 days (unless pre-paid which we will keep for you indefinitely). We reserve the right to return specially ordered non-stock items back to our suppliers after just one week.
