Margnor Online (hereafter referred to as "this website/we/our/us") is operated by Margnor (Fasteners) Ltd. As user of this website you (hereafter referred to as "you/your") acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to these terms and conditions. In addition you will find other useful information within our "About us" and "Information" pages.
We recommend that you read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website and print a copy for your future reference.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this website (see date at top of this page) and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of this website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal.
This website is provided by us to you on an “offer to treat” basis.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Order process
Add items to your shopping cart and follow on screen instructions to place your order. Note that you must have a valid e-mail address to place orders online. Following this, we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered, payment and delivery details. Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure you are not charged for that item.
To ensure availability of our products, customers may be limited to a maximum order quantity.

Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers with UK delivery addresses. Extra carriage charges apply to orders for delivery to addresses outside UK mainland (Scottish Highlands & Islands; Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Scilly Isles and Channel Islands). We regret we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. See here for a list of current shipping charges. We make every effort to deliver goods within the delivery timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances and all goods and products are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply any products ex-stock, we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery date(s). We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Prices
All prices stated exclude VAT. While we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the corrected price or cancelling it for refund. If we are unable to contact you or you do not reply we will treat your order as cancelled.

Payment
Secure payment can be made by most valid payment cards via Sage Pay and PayPal. Note: You do not need a PayPal account in order to proceed with the payment via PayPal. Where goods are collected they will have to be signed for by the collector.

Returns & cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 28 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return any product please contact our sales office within 28 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us undamaged and unused. Any refund made to you will not include the original cost of delivery of the goods to you. Upon satisfactory receipt of returned goods a refund will be made via original payment card.

Incorrect or faulty goods
In the event any goods you receive are incorrect or faulty we will refund the cost of the goods, delivery charge (or part if only part of the original order is incorrect or faulty) and the cost of returning the goods to us providing you notify us within 28 days of delivery. Upon satisfactory receipt of returned goods a refund will be made via original payment card.

Consumer Disputes
If a complaint cannot be resolved by our customer services then it can be submitted to a competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as per the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Dispute Regulations 2015 which implement the latest EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) directive. We can provide the following entity as a certified ADR provider who would be our intended body to use if neccessary.
